My stretch routine

Have you ever wondered how my rest day looks like? Well below you can find my 30 minute stretching routine, that I like to do on my rest day.

Take a look or even follow along. I hope you find some of the exercises useful and maybe incorporate them into your routine.

I’m sorry about the quality, because it is not the best (so far I am filming everything with my phone…). Hopefully you find it useful anyway!
